ARE DELIVERY AND TAX INCLUDED?

YES. DELIVERY, SET UP, TEAR DOWN, AND PICK UP ARE ALL INCLUDED. IF OUTSIDE OF THE IMMEDIATE PITTSBURGH AREA(20 MILE RADIUS), A TRAVEL FEE WILL BE ADDED TO LISTED PRICE. DISTANCE NOT TO EXCEED 50 MILES. 

A 7% SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL PRICE AND REFLECTED ON THE CONTRACT AND INVOICE. 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE THE PROP FOR?

RENTAL PERIODS ARE NOT TO EXCEED ONE DAY. SPECIFIC DELIVERY/PICK UP TIMES WILL BE SCHEDULED. 

 

HOW DO I RESERVE A PROP?

PLEASE SUBMIT AN INQUIRY FOR EITHER ABOVE OR ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES. A 50% DEPOSIT, ALONG WITH A SIGNED CONTRACT IS REQUIRED. 

 

HOW WILL I LIGHT THE MARQUEE LETTERS?

WE PROVIDE 25 FT HEAVY DUTY EXTENSION CORDS WITH OUR RENTALS. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND EXTENSION CORDS IF OVER 25 FT IS NEEDED. 
 

CAN I PICK THE PROP UP MYSELF?
TO ENSURE OUR PROPS ARE IN THE BEST CONDITION FOR OUR CLIENTS, THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO BE PICKED UP. 

 

DO THE PROPS COME DECORATED?

THE PROPS ARE RENTED AS IS, ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO DECORATE TO THEIR LIKING AS LONG AS IT DOES NOT PERMANENTLY ALTER THE PROP.

 

DOES THE PERFECT PROP PROVIDE EVENT DESIGN/DECORATIONS?

WE DO NOT PROVIDE EVENT DESIGN SERVICES BUT ARE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THOSE WHO DO!
